Nature and mankind’s interaction with it are the factors explored in this collection. Inspired by the grottos of Renaissance gardens, where natural elements exist in symbiosis with artificial settings created by man, the claddings are juxtaposed like a crescendo of precious gems.
A world made of seashells, imprints of leaves, and micro-perforated tiles: combining tactile and chiaroscuro effects, the form of objects becomes the leading feature, manifested through the encounter with light. The glazed cotto gains expressive impact in precise geometric patterns and chromatic contrasts.
